Steve is a capital markets expert with 25 years of experience in trading, sales, and origination. As Head of Alternative Investments at Electra Capital, Steve is responsible for sourcing construction, HUD, bridge and subordinate financing opportunities for the firm’s clients – providing an array of creative balance sheet solutions to opportunistic investors.
Prior to joining Electra Capital, Steve served in leadership roles at several large financial institutions. He began is his career at RBS Greenwich Capital where ultimately became a top producer building relationships with a diverse group, including banks, insurance companies, money managers, hedge funds, private equity and family offices. He later served as Managing Director at Jefferies, a leading securitizer of RMBS commercial real estate and agency CMBS. He then served as a founding member of Performance Trust’s institutional group for several years, before joining Hunt Companies, where he helped start the broker-deal operations as Head of Sales.
Steve, who is based in New York, holds a bachelor’s degree from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
