Graeme Nicholls

Mr. Nicholls is the Managing Director of Asset Management responsible for investment oversight, capital performance, and value maximization of Electra Capital’s portfolio. Before joining Electra Capital, Mr. Nicholls was the Director of Asset Management at HHM Hotels, a hospitality ownership and management company where he was responsible for operational performance, capex tracking, capital markets, and investor management of a portfolio valued at $300M. Prior to that, Mr. Nicholls was an Asset Manager for Morgan Properties, a national real estate investment and management company focused on multifamily investments where he oversaw the investment performance of a portfolio valued at nearly $2B.
Mr. Nicholls has also worked for Toll Brothers, the nation’s 5th largest homebuilder, where he focused on multifamily development and supported the creation of an Asset Management function. Mr. Nicholls is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Energy Business and Finance.
