Joe has been with Electra Capital since 2019 , and handles underwriting, acquisition, disposition and asset management for Electra Capital. He began his career as a Junior Analyst with Hines Real Estate Investments in its Boston office, were he work with fund managers to analyze and research their REIT investments. He was recruited by Zuestram, a boutique real estate brokerage firm that focuses on medical real estate, where he focused on financing, acquisition, disposition and M&A for hospitals, private practices and medical real estate investors.
